What to Expect
NRP will bring the entire set up including a white backdrop, stool, and lighting so Heirloom Portraits can be done in any home!
Set up time will not take away from your session time.
Only 1 Child included Per Package
Only one child is included in each package, however if you want to capture multiple children in a single day you can add on children + session time
Child Add On + Additional 20 Minutes: $100
Add on Sibling Group Photos: $50 for an additional 15 minutes to capture sibling group photos
What you need to provide
I'll cover the set up but here's what you'll need!
Outfits:
You will need to provide your own outfits. I suggest classic, timeless styles in soft, neutral colors. Avoid busy patterns or logos. Smocked outfits, gowns, collared shirts/rompers, or outfits with delicate lace, ruffles or embroidery.

FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
Your photography package will determine how many pictures you will receive. Please view the pricing guide for more information!
How should I/we dress for the session?
One size does not fit all! Wear whatever helps your true colors shine and gives you the freedom to have fun. I am happy to discuss outfit ideas if desired.
What is your availability?
I am available Monday through Saturday from sun up to sun down for scheduled shoots. Sunday shoots are limited.
Where are you centrally located?
I am centrally located in Sanford, NC. I am available for travel, however any travel outside of 50 miles from Sanford is subject to a $0.65 per additional mile trip fee. [ex: shoot location 70 miles away clients will be charged for 20 miles = $13 additional to photography package]
How long will it take to receive my edited photos?
For small sessions allow 2-3 weeks after photoshoot for editing. Wedding and engagements are considered large orders and need 6-8 for editing. Time varies depending on season and other factors.
Do you share unedited photos?
No; unedited photos are not a true representation of my artistic work. Unedited photos will not be shared for any reason. ONLY your edited photos will be released.
Is a retainer required?
Yes; A non refundable retainer of 50% of the total package cost is at due
booking to secure session date. Retainer will be applied to the package total. The deposit is to secure your date and will not be refunded after 24 hours from the signing of agreement. Upon signing this contract, Nickie Runyan Photography will reserve the time agreed upon and will not make another reservation for the specific time frame. For this reason, all retainers are non-refundable even if the date is changed or becomes canceled for any reason.
Will I have a contract with Nickie Runyan Photography
Yes! The contract is in place to protect both myself and you as the client and will help outline all expectations for the session for both myself as the photographer and you as the client.
What is the Copyright Release?
The copyright release grants you the right of possession of the photos shot by Nickie Runyan Photography and have permission to make unlimited printed or developed photographs for personal use and have permission to share on social media. *Please note editing of my delivered photos is NOT permitted and would be a breach of contract.
